1. Shipping Locations: Novastaria ships internationally from Puerto Rico. We strive to deliver our cosmetics and skincare products to customers around the globe. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.

2. Shipping Times:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment verification.
  • Shipping times vary by destination:
    • Domestic (Puerto Rico): 3-5 business days.
    • International: 7-21 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
